Registration

Online registration to the conference will open on March 28 until April 29, 2024 (noon, French hour CET).

All attendees must register for the conference.

Registration fees including conference, coffee breaks and lunches

• Faculty, post-doctoral fellow and industrial: 350 €
• PhD student: 260 €

Dinner

• Dinner on June 27: 90 € - The accompanying persons are accepted subject to registration.

Payment

The link to the online payment will be sent by e-mail after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque platform.

Cancellation

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation until May 10, 2024: refund of the full fee
• Cancellation after May 10, 2024: no refund

Please note that refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months.
